Project process

3. Site Visit
We will schedule a visit to your site to meet with you and discuss your project.
4. Preliminary Agreement
We will evaluate the work required and develop a detailed analysis of the scope and cost.
5. Fee Proposal
This is the opportunity for you to adjust the scale and fine-tune the details of the project according to your needs and preferences.
6. Contract
Both parties will sign a contract and a pre-commencement agreement before starting the project.
7. Commence Build
We will begin the construction process, and you can track the progress of your project through our client portal. This portal will provide you with updates on all aspects of the construction, such as site photos, schedule, and material selections.
