This 1970s brick home underwent a modern coastal make-over that included the addition of new roofing, cladding, and balconies on both the first and ground floor. The once dark space was brightened and opened up with the installation of a new front entrance and stairwell. To take advantage of its oceanfront location, a new sun room and deck were added to the existing floor plan.
