Several new features were added to maximize the beachfront location, such as connecting two decks to create a single, large deck with bi-fold doors that offer views of Towradgi beach. In addition, a front deck was enclosed to create a weather-proof entertaining space that includes a BBQ, kitchen, and cabinetry.
